Billboard Music Chart Trends
In the latest Billboard Music chart trends, Adele's powerhouse single "Rolling in the Deep" continues it's reign as the top song in the country while Lady Gaga ranks as the most popular artist. Adele's continued reign in the top spot brings her winning streak to six weeks.
Unfortunately, it's not all good news for Adele, who had to cancel the rest of her US tour due to a bad case of laryngitis. Since Lady Gaga's new album "Born This Way" dropped at the end of May and went platinum in a week, she has continued to score high marks in terms of album sales and online views. Another performer that's had a huge week is the most recent winner of "American Idol" Scotty McCreery, whose single "I Love You This Big" debuted at #12 on the Billboard's Top 200.
